Linsen Expanders are power-driven tools designed for
making tube connections without fittings. This expander enlarges
the end of a tube leaving a .015-inch clearance for slip that
allows for another tube to be inserted and soldered. This type
of expander is excellent for short bends, U-turns, copper, brass,
aluminum, or thin steel tubing. |

Pipe Sizing Expanders bring pipe or tube ends to a precise diameter
to prepare them for soldering or brazing into sil-braz and other
similar pipe fittings. A close manufacturing tolerance ensures
that rolls expand in a parallel manner. When ordering this Wilson
tool, please specify tube Outer Diameter, tube Inner Diameter, tube metal, and the approximate
depth of rolling. |
