Wilson Electronic Torque Control Box allows for torque-controlled tube rolling in any condition. Easy to set up, the system allows users to roll tubes in less than 3 minutes and provides accurate and repeatable tube-to-tube seat expansions on heat exchangers, condensers and boilers. The system consists of a range of electric motors and control boxes. Automatically stopping the motor when selected torque is reached, control boxes are adjustable for expanding torque and are available in automatic reverse or manual reverse, depending on the model of the motor selected and in 110V or 220V single-phase supply choices. Digital torque control boxes come with an auxiliary signal light that goes out when the required torque value is met. Motors are on / off reversing and equipped with a dead handle that gives operators added leverage and maneuverability. |
