Tube Cutting Tools
Push Type Tube Cutters are designed for cutting and removing ferrous and non-ferrous tubes with 1/2 to 2-inch (12.7 – 50.8mm) Outer Diameter. These efficient tools cut tubes in seconds and attach to both electric and pneumatic drills. The tube trimmer is attached to the push type tube cutter when considerable tube projection needs to be cut off.
Various lengths that are able to cut past the tubesheet are availabe; depending on the Gauge and the material of tube, bits with protective coating are also available. While it is difficult to cut heavy Gauge tube .016-inch and up, this tool simplifies the process. |

One Revolution Tube Cutters are used in heat exchangers. They cut up to 10-inch thick tubesheets and tube with 1/2 to 1 1/2-inch (12.7 – 38.1mm) Outer Diameter. No special drives are required as Wilson Tube Cutters can be used with a hand wrench or ratchet.
These tube cutters are manually operated by a hand wrench or ratchet and can be effectively used to vent tubes before plugging. |

| The Wilson Insert Type Facing Tool features an adjustable collar that provides projection control as well as cutter bits that can be easily replaced, significantly lengthening the life of the product. Delrin Pilots are available for 5/8-inch (15.9mm) and larger tools for non-scoring applications. Wilson Insert Type Tube End Facing Tools
can be used on tubes with a 5/8 to 2-inch Outer Diameter (15.9 – 50.8mm). |

Wilson Tube Knockout Tools are also available in extra lengths for 5/8 to 1 1/4-inch Outer Diameter (15.9-31.8mm). We also provide tube knockout tools for use with a No. 80 Boyer Gun available in sizes from 1 to 2-inch (25.4-50.8mm) Outer Diameter. |
