TUBE EXPANDER EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS

SERIES 72-C, 73-C

4 & 5 Roll Condenser Expanders —
1/2 to 1 1/2-Inch Outer Diameter — (1 1/2-Inch (38.1mm) Roll Length C)
These expanders are used on
light Gauge tubes of stainless
steel, titanium, and materials of similar hardness.

5-Rolls with light wall tubes
can prevent triangulation of the
tube to the tube hole. Wilson
Thin Guage collars also offer a
large advantage for projection
of tube.

All assemblies come complete
with mandrels, rolls, cage, and
collars with a 1/16-Inch standard
recess.

A = 1/2 (12.7mm) to 1 1/2-Inch (38.1mm) Tube Outer Diameter

B = 13 (2.4mm) to 25 (.5mm) Gauge

C = 72-C - 1/2 (12.7mm) to 1 1/2-Inch (38.1mm) Tubesheet
       73-C - 3/4 (19.1mm) to 5 1/2-Inch (139.7mm) Tubesheet

Thin Gauge collar
Thin Gauge collar assembly is supplied on all 5-Roll, Series 72 and 73, 20-23 Gauge Expanders. Recess adjustable by use of space washers. Unique design maintains tube end contact throughout expansion.
