Wilson Spiral Brushes are economical,
and they are easy to install and use. They are available in
nylon, brass (for copper tubes), steel and stainless steel.
Always match metals, using a steel brush to clean steel tubes,
for example. Use stainless steel spiral brushes to clean titanium
and cooper nickel tubes. Nylon brushes can be used with all
tube materials.
Water travels through the flexible Shaft and Casings, providing
a flushing action to aid the cleaning process. When the water
running out of the tube is clear, the tube is clean.

Spin Grit Brushes for Smooth Bore Tubes |
|
Abrasive brush with silicone carbide impregnated nylon recommended for
brass tubes. This brush is made oversized, so the filament will lay over,
resulting in increased contact with surface, providing better cleaning and longer life than conventional condenser cleaning brushes.

Spin Clean Brushes for Internally Enhanced Tubes |
|
This abrasive brush is made with a tapered trim to allow cleaning of enhanced condenser tubes. The long bristles are designed oversized with the intention of being bent over, allowing the aggressive filament to come into maximum
contact with the lands. The short bristles are able to get into the grooves.
