Applications:
  • Cleaning Tubes in Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Refinery Fixtures, Chillers, Absorbers, Water Heaters, Coolers, Evaporators, and Other Small Diameter Pressure Vessels
  • 3/4 to 2 1/2-Inch (19.1 to 63.5mm) Outer Diameter Tubes
  • Removing Heavy Deposits and Cleaning Out Clogged Tubes

Smart Tool:
  • Carbide-tipped Type M Cutter Bits literally drill through the heaviest deposits... even totally clogged tubes!
  • Cleaning depth is easily increased by adding 5-foot hollow extension shafts.
  • Scavenging hose sends water down the extension shafts, cooling the cutter bit and providing flushing action. When water is clear, the tube is clean!
  • Direct drive increases power and minimizes moving parts.
  • Select K Cutter Bit for cleaning tubes over 1.750 inches (44.5mm) Inner Diameter. Be sure to also order Wilson K Cutter Bit Adapter.
  • Optional SPE-DUR Cutter Bit features negative rake angle. Ideal for breaking through totally clogged tubes.
  • After using cutter bit to unclog tube, use P Brush to clean out remaining debris. Be sure to order P Brush adapter.
