Wils-Away™ 500 Electric Tube Cleaning System

The Wils-Away 500 Electric Tube Cleaning System cleans straight and curved tubes in heat exchangers, condensers, chillers, absorbers, water heaters, coolers, and other small diameter pressure vessels. WAW-500 Series drive units are equipped with a safety shaft coupling that snaps under accidental overload, protecting the shaft from breakage. Each kit features a spare coupling and removal tool. One kit cleans varying tube sizes — you only need to replace the brush size and shaft’s casing assembly.

1. For steel spiral brushes, change the last four digits of the Part No. to “0XXX”, for stainless steel “2XXX”, for brass “3XXX”.
2. For expanding brush with nylon bristles, change the last four digits to “4XXX”, for stainless steel “5XXX”, for steel “0XXX”.
3. These expanding brushes require an adapter (Part No. 9589).
4. These expanding brushes require an adapter (Part No. 9798).
