For orders within the United States, we offer the following shipping options:
Our Terms are FOB Factory L.I. City, New York USA 11101
• For US orders, we offer UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air
• For large orders that require freight shipping, we use LTL (less-than-truckload) trucking services. Wilson will work with your carrier to arrange to pick up if needed
Shipping Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your order during transit. If you choose to purchase shipping insurance, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange it for you.
Customs
For international orders, customs fees and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be determined by the destination country’s customs agency. Please note that customs clearance may delay the delivery of your order.
Damages in Transit
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive at their destination in good condition. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please save all packaging if the shipment arrives damaged.
