TC Wilson warrants that its Tube Tools are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
Warranty Claims
If a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered within the warranty period, the purchaser should immediately contact TC Wilson’s customer service department at (800) 230-2636. The purchaser should provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect in the product. If the defect is determined to be covered by this warranty, TC Wilson will provide instructions on how to return the defective part and obtain a replacement part or refund.
Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications to the product. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches or dents, that do not affect the functionality of the product. TC Wilson’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or a refund of the purchase price, at TC Wilson’s discretion. In no event shall TC Wilson be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
