How to return TC Wilson products

RETURNS POLICY

At TC Wilson, we are committed to providing high-quality tube tools and parts to our customers. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy.

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving the item. You can reach us at (800) 230-2636. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange the item, depending on your preference. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may ask you to provide photos or other documentation to support your claim.

If the product is determined to be defective or damaged, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference. We will cover the cost of return shipping in this case.

Exclusions
Some of our products may not be eligible for returns, such as custom-made or specially ordered items. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
